For nearly two decades, I have been helping people better understand how the very latest scientific discoveries and medical innovations can be translated into meaningful, actionable health sense.

Prior to freelancing full-time, I worked as a health reporter and research editor at Prevention magazine and as a reporter at a community newspaper. Over the years, I have interviewed thousands of medical experts and scientific researchers around the globe and written hundreds of articles on diverse health and medical topics. I’m especially interested in emotional health, resilience, and well-being.

I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Temple University in Philadelphia. I also taught English as a Second Language for several years and traveled extensively, often through work and study projects.

I am based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, where I pursue my passion for health, knowledge, and hope for a more compassionate world. I personally welcome your ideas for innovative new projects and collaborations. Here’s to good health — body, mind, and soul!
